Description

Carob molasses is a thick syrup made by soaking milled carob pods in water and reducing the extracted liquid. It is traditionally used in Lebanon as a replacement to sugar, or mixed with tahini and enjoyed as the Lebanese dessert ‘dibs bi tahini’.

Carob is naturally high in fiber and is caffeine-free, which makes it ideal for people with high blood pressure.
